Strength & Mobility
[Animal Flow]

Creative, ground-based movement meets strength training. Primal movement patterns, kettlebells and balancing skills come together in a practice that challenges the body in multiple directions.

Expect an invigorating mix of strength, coordination, stability and movement control, designed to build a more adaptable and capable body.

Restorative Practices

Breathwork & Sound Meditation

A deeply restorative practice designed to support and regulate the nervous system. Through guided breathing techniques, sound, and vibration, this class helps shift the body out of a constant state of doing and into a state of rest, recovery, and balance. Breathwork can support focus, emotional regulation, and resilience, while sound meditation uses frequency and vibration to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm throughout the body and mind. This practice offers space to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice that uses longer-held postures to gently target the body's connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin Yoga supports mobility, flexibility, and recovery while offering an opportunity to cultivate patience, presence, and stillness. With an emphasis on relaxation and mindful awareness, this practice encourages the nervous system to settle, creating space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Myofascial Release & Meditation

Release, restore, and reset. A slower practice combining targeted stretches and self-massage techniques to ease tension and create space in the body. The class gradually moves from physical release into guided meditation, creating a pathway from movement into stillness. No previous experience required.
