Arly’s practice began in 2005 and was shaped through years of study in New York City. Grounded in the Jivamukti tradition, she completed her teacher training in 2017 and continued her studies in Ayurveda in 2019. Her teaching is heart-led and breath-centred, threading movement, philosophy, music, and self-inquiry. She encourages students to approach practice with curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to listen more deeply to themselves.Beyond the practice, you'll find Arly enjoying live music, meaningful conversation, and being in good company (especially with her dog Muffin).

Ella’s journey with yoga began as a curious beginner when a friend first brought her to a class with Cat Alip-Douglas. What started as a single class sparked a practice that steadily grew into an important part of her life. Through years of dedicated study and practice, she discovered that yoga offered far more than physical movement — it became a practice of presence, self-awareness, and resilience through life’s many seasons.In 2023, Ella joined Sangye Yoga School’s Teacher Training with the intention of deepening her practice. In doing so, she discovered a passion for teaching. Her classes are rooted in lived experience and shaped by the teachers and traditions that have guided her path. Ella creates classes that encourage students to move with intention, cultivate confidence, and develop a deeper connection to themselves.
